Raishma is famous for her Kashmiri (vegetarian) cuisine. Cooking is her passion. We are very grateful that she has offered her skills for this auction.
She has chosen to share an inexpensive and must-have dish in a Kashmiri vegetarian menu with you.
This workshop will be online for one and a half hours. Anyone can join for $25.
You will receive the recipes a week before the workshop so that you can gather all of the needed supplies. A recording will be sent to you after the event in case you are not able to make it.
You will learn the fine art of Kashmiri cooking.
In this session she will be demonstrating:
- How to make Paneer at home.
- How to cook Yellow Kashmiri Paneer.
